Using Msn Messenger Plus

This training tutorial is going to start off short and be added to over time. Please email me Jamie Smith if you want me to write a tutorial about any subjet.

We all know how to use wink and nudges in Msn Messenger Plus but how do we stop those stupid things from being so annoying and disrupting your concerntration?

There is an easy way to fix the problem of the annoying nudges nagging you to respond. The steps are as follows;

  • Go to the main MSN Messenger screen.
  • Click on the "Tools" menu option.
  • Click on "Options..."
  • This should now open a new window.
  • In this new window select the "Messages" tab on the left hand side.
  • Now on the right hand side it should have "Allow me to send receive Nudges" uncheck that box and you will no longer be bothered by nudges.
  • Underneath you will see "Play winks automatically when they are received" uncheck that box and you will no longer receive the wink until you click on the picture in the message.

Next week I will write up how to make auto responses and little pretty things like that. Until then I hope you find this useful
